1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Qubax AI ("Qubax", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Qubax provides AI inference services including chat, image/video/audio generation, and developer API access. We act as a proxy to third-party AI model providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any AI model's output.
3. Credits & Payments
Credits are purchased via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. Prices are calculated based on actual usage (per-token or per-unit) and may fluctuate based on upstream pricing.
4. Referral Program
Users can earn referral commissions through our 3-tier pyramid system: 15% (Tier 1), 5% (Tier 2), and 2% (Tier 3) of Qubax's profit on referred users' usage. Earnings are credited to your account as Qubax credits, which can be used for your own AI usage. We reserve the right to modify commission rates or revoke referral earnings for abuse, fraud, or self-referral.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or overload our systems; (c) resell access without authorization; (d) use the service for automated spam or disinformation campaigns; (e) share API keys with third parties.
6. Privacy
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Conversation logs may be stored to provide history features.
7. Disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. Qubax is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Professional assistants (legal, medical, financial) provide general information only — not professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Qubax's total liability is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
