Your data is used to: (a) provide chat history and conversation features; (b) bill you for usage; (c) process referral earnings; (d) prevent abuse and fraud; (e) improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with: (a) our upstream AI providers (your prompts and messages are sent to them to generate responses); (b) NOWPayments (for processing crypto payments); (c) law enforcement if legally required. We do not share data with advertisers.

4. Data Security

Passwords are hashed with argon2id. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Sessions are token-based with expiration. We use HTTPS for all connections.

5. Your Rights

6. Crypto Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are processed by NOWPayments and are recorded on a public blockchain. We do not store private keys or wallet seed phrases.

7. Cookies

We use an essential session cookie for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children

Qubax is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be announced on our channels.
